R&D Innovation and Quality Control
The company has strong technical research and development capabilities, and undertakes the research and development of power lithium ion battery separator projects, ceramic coated separator projects, wet lithium ion battery separator projects, nuclear power polyethylene pipe and fittings projects, reinforced thermoplastic composite pipe projects, and high barrier nylon film, the retort nylon film project, and the special nylon film project for soft-pack batteries, these experiences have provided strong technical support for the company's business development, from made-in Mingzhu to Created-in Mingzhu pushing Mingzhu going forward.
Cangzhou Mingzhu Plastic Pipe Research & Test Center, organized by the Cangzhou Mingzhu Pipeline Division and approved by China National Accreditation Service for Conformity Assessment, covers an area of about 1,100m2 with over 20 testing equipment in various types and 12 auxiliary testing equipment. There is also a 60m2 constant temperature and humidity laboratory, while different testing rooms are established according to the temperature, humidity and other requirements for test items, in particular, the RCP test item up to DN400mm. The test center adopts the advanced testing technology to achieve the tracking of the entire testing process from the raw material, processing to product delivery.
With a close eye on technology development, we correctly follow the R&D trend and have won more than 20 patents successively through continuous improvements in the R&D strength and technology level. Cangzhou Mingzhu is always taking a lead in the industry, no matter from the optimization of the current pipe quality to the R&D of the new ball valve, or from the output of the engineering pipe products to the participation of the national nuclear pipe research project. Besides, we have participated actively in the national project construction, for example, providing the pipe transportation and distribution solution to the construction in Xiong'an New Area, Beijing Daxing International Airport and International Horticultural Exhibition. We are a qualified supplier approved by the G5+ Quality Control Cooperation Group for PE transmission and distribution systems for Chinese gas enterprises.

The company integrates the film processing and R&D design capabilities accumulated for many years into product manufacturing, and uses unique standardized technology and management procedures to meet customer needs while giving BOPA more functionality and unique performance (such as high barrier Type, environment friendly type, etc.)
We will be market- and industry-oriented, and comprehensively integrate the industry, education and research resources with a dedication to the improvements in the research, production technology of the film process and the development of the unique film. We have independent professional R&D laboratories and have established a friendly relationship with many universities, experts in the industry and companies famous at home and abroad.We will continue to recruit more talents and dedicate to film technology research and development for more diverse products and applications in more areas, so as to create more space for the future development of the BOPA film!
Scientific Research ：Li-ion Battery Separator
We have the technical advantage of the independent intellectual property rights as Cangzhou Mingzhu Separator Division currently has higher level R&D staff in the industry while cooperating with battery companies renowned at home and abroad. We have established 1 provincial-level technology R&D center; won many patents related to products and the production process through the huge R&D investments to constantly improve the lithium battery separator design and function; and won such awards as National High-Tech Enterprise and Cangzhou Science and Technology Award.
Thanks to our efforts in achieving or exceeding the environmental and customer standards, we have passed IATF16949 quality management system certification, ISO9001 quality management system certification, ISO14001 environmental management system certification and ISO45001 occupational health and safety management system certification.We will leverage the efficacy of the limited resources and use the "trinity" product system to break the technology blockade and barriers. We will continue to make in-depth research on the separator industry to create better separator products and make a contribution to the green and low-carbon new energy business.
Scientific Research ：Composite Pipe System
Besides the product suitable for oil field and clean energy, we step forward to develop the potential application field of products,such as high pressure municipal pipeline: It is able to replace the water supply pipeline with the large diameter and thick wall as well as high pressure water supply pipeline in the mountainous area with high strength reinforced material; combustible ice mining: The self-heating function of the product can make combustible ice to gas and thus improve the recovery rate; shale oil and gas transportation: the product has good resistance to internal and external pressure with good gas barrier properties, which is suitable for shale oil and gas transportation; offshore oil and gas pipelines: the product has excellent resistance to external pressure, suitable for marine crude oil transportation; subsea umbilical Cable: the product structure is subject to design and can be combined with multiple functional units; intelligent oilfield: the intelligent oilfield, established through taking the intelligent injection, production and transportation pipelines as the basic module, and via 5G + transmission technology, integrating and analyzing the data collected through a mega data platform, can save labor costs, and improve oil recovery.
We participated in the construction of such projects as Dagang Oilfield, Huabei Oilfield, Xinjiang Oilfield, Jiangsu Oilfield and Geothermal Energy Development Project. Based on current technology, we will continue to develop more product with core technology to make our products more refined and competitive and break the technology monopoly so that our product can be known over the world.
